Kel-Kogur Lake is a hidden gem located in Kemin district of the Chuy region, deep in Kungei Ala-Too Mountains. It is not possible to drive to the lake by road so access is only on foot or by horse.
Kel-Kogur is located at 2000 meters above sea level. The environment around Kel-Kogur is pure and beautiful, there are forests of fir filled with wild animals such as Turkestan lynx, marals, and golden eagles.
